The Killer Cupcakes puzzle is a 500 piece puzzle by TDC Puzzles that is part of the World's Most Difficult Jigsaw Puzzle line. This puzzle is printed on both sides with the same image but the images are turned 90 degrees from each other and then the puzzle is cut from both sides.
This makes for an extreme puzzle challenge that is recommended for passionate puzzlers with patience and perseverance aged 12 years and up.
